The total surface of the vineyards of the firm is 20 hectares.The vineyards are subdivided into four nucleuses: Tenuta S.Agata (Vacri), Tenuta Squarchietto (Vacri), Tenuta S.Maria Maggiore (Bucchianico), Tenuta Tella (Bucchianico).
the tendentially argillaceous and pebbled grounds , are at an altitude which changes from 150 to 300 meters, they have a southward exposure and are characterized by a considerable day-night temperature range together with an excellent brightness.


The traditional "tendones" was adopted for the Trebbiano d'Abruzzo and partially for the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo (about 9 hectares), whereas alternative forms, such as the Guyot, have been used for varieties with a greater value such as the Cabernet Sauvignon and the remaining share of the Montepulciano (about 11 hectares).
