Si ottine dalla bollitura del mosto fino al raggiungimento di una concentrazione di zuccheri ottimale. Si utilizza per la realizzazione di dolci e tal quale su gelati, formaggi freschi e stagionati, per condire insalate e tutto ciò che il gusto e la fantasia suggeriscono.
It’s obteined by boiling the must until it reaches an optimal concentration of sugars. It is used for make cakes and as it is on ice creams, fresh and ages cheese, salads and for all that the taste and imagination suggests.
